Our approach is holistic, integrating both body based and cognitive therapies to help you release trauma from your body, regulate your nervous system, and replace maladaptive thoughts with more healthy ones.
We understand that sometimes life circumstances can be so devastating that it has lasting impacts on our mental, emotional, physical and/ or spiritual health.
