At Seattle Counseling Center, we offer thoughtful, relational therapy that supports adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Many of our clients come in feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about their direction. Our clinicians provide a steady, collaborative space to slow down, understand patterns shaped by past experiences, and develop new ways of relating to self and others. We focus on deepening insight while also supporting meaningful, lasting change in daily life.

I specialize in helping people transform worry and fear into clarity and confidence. Life transitions can feel unsettling, whether you're navigating a big move, a breakup, a new job, or a shift in your relationships. Change, even when positive, can bring feelings of uncertainty, distress, or discontent. You might find yourself questioning your path, struggling with loneliness, or feeling stuck in a cycle of overthinking. Together, we’ll create space for you to process what’s unfolding so you can move forward with greater intention and ease.

I specialize in helping people who feel stuck in cycles of overthinking and self-doubt find greater clarity, confidence, and trust in themselves. You may be someone who has spent years holding everything together, caring for others, and meeting expectations, but lately you’ve felt overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what you truly need. It's frustrated to feel that the strategies that once helped you cope no longer feel sustainable. Together, we’ll create space to better understand yourself so you can move forward with greater intention and ease.

I specialize in helping queer couples rebuild trust after a betrayal. You discovered messages you were never meant to see. A secret came to light, a boundary was crossed, or years of dishonesty suddenly made everything else feel uncertain. Since then, your relationship has revolved around one painful question: Can we come back from this? Every conversation ends in tears, anger, or silence. One of you feels like you can't move forward without understanding what happened. The other feels like every conversation pulls you back to the worst day of your relationship. You both wonder if healing is still possible.
