Women and adolescents work through anxiety, panic disorders, depression, postpartum, overwhelm, relationship concerns, and parenting difficulties, in a comfortable environment with an experienced licensed professional clinical counselor! Calisa Nickelson has been assisting women on "women's issues" for over years! Stress reduction, feelings of overwhelm, confusion, anxiety, panic disorders, depression, and life transitions are specialties in this practice! I provide the clarification and direction women, mothers, and adolescents need for personal acceptance, growth, goal clarification, and family health. I am a certified cognitive behavioral therapist and also embrace holistic techniques of meditation, mindfulness, and relaxation training.
I opened Seasons Life Coaching and Counseling to address the complexity of women's' emotional and mental health needs. Specific attention is devoted to women experiencing Postpartum depression, mid life transitions, relationship problems, unexplained anxiety (panic disorders), feelings of depression. I offer sliding scale fees upon request.
