About
Season Cain, LCSW is a psychotherapist who has been in practice for over 20 years. She is the Founder and CEO of Saddle of Love non-profit 501(c) (3) providing Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy to youth and young adults in Park City at saddleoflove.org. She is also an Adjunct Professor at Fordham Graduate School of Social Work. She obtained her Masters degree from Columbia University in New York. She works with children, teens and adults. She uses mindful and relational practices as well as CBT treatment. She also offers career and life coaching services which are not mental health sessions.
Season offers individual therapy to adults, children and teens and family therapy. She is interactive and experiential offering in-home therapy, outdoor therapy, play therapy, culinary therapy, horticulture therapy, hiking and Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy. She offers evening and weekend appointments.
