With this group you will learn how to build healthy relationships, strengthen your communication skills, and increase your personal awareness. This group is intended to provide psychoeducational support services while fostering opportunities for self-improvement and connection. Telehealth and Outdoor Walk-Talk groups available. Small group setting (4-6 clients). Intake and intake fee of $190.00 is required. Group fee per session is $65.00. Group day and time TBD.

**This group is in development and will be held virtually via telehealth to residents of California. ** This group will focus on providing education and support for those diagnosed with OCPD (Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder) and individuals experiencing a high number of OCPD/perfectionistic traits. Small group, open group concept with 75–90-minute sessions. Resources and materials provided. Intake paperwork and assessments required. Intake fee $190.00, weekly group session fee $75.00. Military and financial hardship slots available. No insurance, OON, superbills, or courtesy billing.
