Understanding the causes of anxiety, depression, and other types of psychological suffering by increasing self-awareness is the key to navigating life's challenges. With years of experience in clinical practice and academia, I've had the privilege of assisting individuals from various walks of life in navigating their psychological challenges. My approach to therapy is based on empathic attunement, fostering self-awareness, and empirically supported approaches tailored to the needs of each person. I am committed to fostering a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings openly.

I primarily approach therapy by focusing on how past experiences influence current problems. I have also been trained in many other modalities and tailor therapy to the unique needs of each person. I do not see people as diagnoses but as unique individuals and ensure therapy is unique for each person's needs. I also specialize in psychological testing.
Making the first step towards starting therapy to live a more fulfilling life is often difficult and stressful. I try to decrease this stress by providing a clear process and a transparent discussion of any issues as they arise. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions!
