I specialize in addictions, depression, anxiety (including OCD and Panic Attacks), and procrastination. I am very interactive, present-focused, and action-oriented. For the past 7 years I have been practicing Zen meditation, allowing me to offer additional time-tested tools to help you attain mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual harmony in your life.
