Greetings! I am Dr. Stokes, and over the past 25+ years I have worked with clients seeking help with their relationships, clients dealing with anxiety, men who struggle with pornography issues, anger issues and just feeling "lost," and clients who struggle with substance abuse. I believe in providing "how to" skills so you feel more confident to handle whatever life throws at you. Clients often describe me as "straight to the point" and "action-oriented."
My primary concerns are: "Where do you want to go? What do you want your relationship to look like? How do you want your life to be? What skills do you want to build?" I work collaboratively with you to design specific goals and outcomes. This means no "one size fits all" approach. We walk together on the journey to restoration.
