Open for referrals! I can help neurodivergent adult or teen who feels misunderstood or disconnected from others and themselves. People who've carried the weight of trauma, masking, or burnout and are tired of just surviving. They want to feel safe in their own mind and body, to find belonging without pretending, and to build authentic connections. Their goal is to understand their story, manage emotions with compassion, and create a life where being different isn’t a burden it’s a source of strength. You are one side quest away from confidence and connection.
I help neurodivergent people heal from trauma, burnout, and self-blame by creating a space where they can unmask, feel safe, and rebuild connection. Using trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches, I guide clients to understand their nervous system, manage emotions, and transform feeling “too much” into feeling whole.
You don’t have to keep doing this alone. Healing starts with being seen, accepted, and understood for who you are.
