Are you seeking meaningful change but unsure where to start? Woodland Nature Therapy offers in-person and telehealth psychotherapy sessions along with couples and family counseling. I also provide in-person Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy for treatment-resistant mental health issues.
My person-centered approach can address a client’s unique needs. As an openly gay parent in an interracial marriage, I foster an inclusive, supportive space. I have extensive experience treating depression, anxiety, grief, substance abuse, and sexuality and relationship challenges. I also have extensive training working with the LGBTQAI+ community.
Whenever possible, I integrate Forest Therapy—using nature to promote healing—on my serene, five-acre property near the Russian River. The office, surrounded by redwoods and designed with biophilic elements, encourages restoration and well-being. Clients can choose to participate in a walking individual psychotherapy session as part of their experience.
