I want you to be free of emotional pain, able to deal with life on life’s terms, and to find meaning & purpose in work, family, friendships, spirituality, and all other life areas.

Since 2009, teenagers + adults have worked with me to deal with issues that are no joke. Beyond doing talk therapy, I have advanced training in EMDR & Brainspotting, which specializes in treating issues related to trauma, PTSD, anxiety, loss, stress & insecurities often more quickly than traditional talk-therapies.
