Since 2009, teenagers & adults have worked with me to deal with issues that are no joke. Beyond doing talk therapy, I have advanced training in EMDR & Brainspotting, which specializes in treating issues related to trauma, PTSD, anxiety, loss, stress & insecurities often more quickly than traditional talk-therapies.
