I am a Resident in Counseling with over 5 years of experience. I have worked in community-based settings with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and families. I have experience treating clients with symptoms of anxiety, depression, anger management, impulse control, family conflict, attachment issues, stress management, and trauma.
I received my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Duquesne University. I utilize an eclectic and person-centered approach to meet each client’s needs and incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
