I specialize in addiction, relationship issues and mental illness. I offer a blended approach of cognitive/behavioral techniques, family dynamics assessment and psycho-spiritual development.
I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), when appropriate, for resolving trauma. I also use my own personal experience in recovery to address clients denial systems and resistance to change.
