Hi, I'm Sean Oosterlinck, I'm on a mission to help you figure out your life, your purpose, your relationships, how to heal, how to overcome the conflicts and hardships in your life, how to overcome your past, and find direction for a better future. For men, I know some of you are struggling with lack of purpose, with social disconnection, with porn addictions or sexual fetishes, with a lack of masculine identity in a world that tells you masculinity is toxic. I know couples are struggling because of unmet needs, poor communication, building resentments, betrayals, and infidelity. Whoever you are, you're hear because you need help.
I offer both therapy, and life coaching services. As a Christian, my faith informs my worldview, though I'll strive to meet you where you are at, and within your viewpoint. I work with anyone, any background, or beliefs. I offer Christian integration to support those who desire to explore faith, doubts, sexual identity issues, or challenges in ministry.
Some particular areas I like to work with people on include: anxiety, OCD, trauma, childhood wounds, assertiveness/over-coming people pleasing, improving relationships, overcoming infidelity. I believe in empowering you to learn to own your stuff and take responsibility for your life, while using humor, curious or challenging questions, and non-judgment.
