Are you a teen or adult feeling stuck, disconnected, or searching for deeper meaning in your life? I'm Dr. Sean Noe, a therapist at Coastal Therapy Group in Encinitas, Vista, and Carlsbad. I specialize in helping clients navigate life transitions, relationship struggles, grief, identity questions, and existential concerns. I use a psychodynamic, relational approach to help you understand the patterns shaping your life — and build a stronger sense of clarity, purpose, and connection. I also co-lead Real Talk, a weekly adult therapy group, and provide psychological testing for ADHD.

I work with teens and adults facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. I have a particular focus on supporting teen boys and young men in developing emotional awareness, confidence, and stronger relationships. I also offer support for clergy and faith leaders navigating the unique demands of ministry.

I co-lead Real Talk, a weekly in-person adult therapy group in Vista focused on honest connection, emotional growth, and relational change — Mondays at 6 PM ($60/session). Ministry is deeply meaningful—and it can also be quietly exhausting. Whether you’re in a pulpit, a hospital, a parish, or a nonprofit, those in pastoral roles are called to hold space for others, often while carrying their own emotional, relational, and spiritual weight. This group, A Place to Be Human, is a confidential, supportive space for clergy to step out of the role of caregiver and tend to their own inner life. It is open to pastors, priests, ministers, chaplains, and other Christian leaders from across denominational and traditions.
