Whether you’re going through a major life change, relationship difficulties, loss of a loved one, want to feel happier, or change your behavior for the better, I’m here to help you as an individual or as a couple. Come as you are. You are welcome here. The broken-hearted you – the furious you – the depressed, traumatized, confused, anxious, distracted, abused, addicted, and overworked you. I use a variety of techniques such as CBT & DBT, but all you need to know is that I’m ready to start listening to you. I received my master’s in clinical mental health counseling from Regis University in Denver, graduating with honors. My bachelor’s degree is in computer science. At this stage of my life, I’ve experienced enough to be able to empathize.
I’ve made many of the same hard choices my clients are preparing to make, and I’m grateful for those lessons. I’m middle aged, married, and have seen a lot of life’s challenges.
