My priority is building trust and rapport to create a safe and supportive space, where you can explore your thoughts and emotions. I provide an outlet with empathy, and assist you with gaining insight, while providing effective understanding and use of coping skills, strategies, and solutions.
Mindfulness is an approach that I frequently use to assist with gaining insight and processing at a deeper level.
As a Certified Play Therapist, I specialize in working with children and families, using creative, age-appropriate techniques.
Expressive arts and sand tray are additional ways I can assist my clients with their therapy.
My education and experience applies to diverse populations, allowing me to assist with a wide variety of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-identity, parenting, relationships, spiritual and multicultural challenges, social issues, adjusting to life changes, and the impact of stress, emotions, and other behavioral concerns.
