About
Have you found yourself being misunderstood and questioning your current relationships, career, and life path? Are you finding it difficult to figure out who you are, where you want to go, and what you can do differently to lead a more fulfilling and authentic life? If you or someone you know is struggling, feeling stuck, and not motivated, I get that, I have been there, and I can help. Using respect, compassion, empathy, and humor, I want to work with you and understand your situation so you can identify who you were meant to be and truly live the life you want to lead.
My goal as your therapist is to develop a healthy and therapeutic environment which will be conducive to facing and overcoming challenges, such as; grief, identity, anxiety, depression, life transitions, career development, and relationship issues. I primarily use person-centered, CBT, Gestalt, and Existential therapies.
My ideal client is someone who is willing to work, and to ask themselves difficult questions. I strive to bring creativity and, more importantly, my true self, into the therapeutic relationship in order to help approach and untangle difficult situations that you may be struggling with. I have experience with children, adolescents, and adults.
