I specialize in helping and bridging the gap between adolescent/teen boys and their parents. I often work with boys struggling with emotional processing, social anxiety, sports, and who often have hesitation about seeing a therapist. I also work with parents in helping them understand their sons' needs and supporting them in their relationships with their sons.
I am often able to connect with boys and mediate and translate their struggles and needs to their parents and vice versa. I offer individual therapy with boys, parent therapy (with just parents), and family therapy.
