About
Are you feeling trapped by your anxiety or depression? Do you wonder why it has been a challenge for you to move forward from painful experiences? You may be wondering where to begin, if you will be able to heal, and overcome your obstacles. I believe you can. I started my journey to becoming a therapist as a young man, confronting my own trauma. After coming through that storm, I realized it was my calling to help others. I have helped client’s struggling with anxiety, depression, feelings of worthlessness, relational challenges, trauma and abuse.
My therapeutic approach emphasizes balance in your life and identifying destructive patterns. I use both emotional and cognitive techniques to best meet my client’s individual needs, and help them reach their physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and relationship goals. I offer EMDR therapy.
I have been where many of you are right now. The beginning of this journey can feel overwhelming and you may feel stuck or even hopeless. I am here to say there is hope, you can heal, you can grow, and you can move forward. I would be honored to partner with you in this journey.
