Grief and loss comes at us in many different way. Feeling lost after a major life transition? Devastated by a prognosis/diagnosis of you or a loved one? Confused what to do as a relationship changes? Sometimes we feel so overwhelmed we don't know what to do, or even where to start. I am experienced in helping people process grief, loss and change while not missing the opportunity for growth while acknowledging how difficult this time can be.
All losses require grieving and this is a process that I feel help with. Though change is frequently challenging I often find journeying through grief can lead to great growth.
I have recently done some video therapy, and have found it very helpful, especially for those with busy schedules. I currently have daytime hours on select days as well.
