I've been helping teens and adults with a variety of issues for almost 30 years, with particular experience with anxiety, depression, relationships, personality testing, career testing, substance abuse, and disordered eating. I have an interactive and relatively holistic approach for short and for long-term therapy. I use and teach a variety of techniques that are focused on the specific needs and issues of each individual client. Specialties include: health psychology, stress management & using personality testing to clarify issues and to help make therapy more efficient.
Also, as a consultant for reality television production companies, I have provided cast screening (risk assessments) and support for hundreds of reality television shows and documentaries over the past 20 years.
