I tend to work with an older adult demographic but will work with any adult in need.
I do not work with kids or teens, I can coach them in sports but I work better with adults.
I do everything I can to make people feel comfortable and at home either in the office or via telehealth and want this to feel like you are talking to someone who understands and knows you for a long time.
