We will watch to see how and when these patterns occur in the therapeutic process itself and work to trace problems back to their roots in earlier periods of your life. By gaining a deeper understanding of ourselves, we attain greater freedom to choose how we wish to live, to strengthen our relationships and find joy in life.
In addition to my experience and training in more traditional forms of talk therapy I have several years of experience in the use of psychedelics as tools for personal growth and exploration-both facilitating the safe use of these powerful substances and helping to make sense of and integrate these experiences productively into day-to-day life.
