I have seen many clients facing difficult challenges and feelings of hopelessness over the past 30+ years of my career in Mental Health. They've come to me with a need for coping mechanisms, answers, clarity and understanding.
My approach is one of compassion and guidance; offering a safe space to help people work through the complexities of their lives and find new ways to cope. I believe in the healing power of understanding, listening deeply and allowing clients to explore their feelings.
I am dedicated to helping clients reach their personal goals and gain a greater sense of well-being. Through my guidance and support, people can start to face their pain points head on and develop the skills necessary to move forward. Ultimately, my goal is to equip clients with the tools to lead more meaningful and fulfilling lives.
I offer virtual session in the greater Charlotte area and North Carolina. I'm available 5 days a week Mon-Thurs between the hours of 10a-7p and Friday 10a-3p.
