Do you ever question if the bad things that happened to you are your fault? Maybe you spend a significant amount of time overthinking or trying to avoid the thoughts and feelings you experience. This is a normal response for many of us, but it doesn’t have to stay that way. Together we can explore and identify the strengths that you already have and use them as a foundation to build new skills for your healing. As your therapist, I will validate the struggles you are experiencing and challenge you to develop new skills that will not only improve your relationship with yourself, but also, with others.
Together we can shift your thoughts, feelings and behaviors so that they are no longer influenced by your past. Additionally, we can integrate any spiritual/religious beliefs, creative forms of expression, or athletics into the healing journey. I have experience working with adults and couples, adolescents, justice involved individuals and college students.
I specialize in working with several issues including trauma, difficult life experiences, depression, anxiety, spirituality and identity related concerns. If you're interested in exploring how our work together can look, I invite you to email or text me so that we can set up a free 15 minute phone or video call. I look forward to connecting with you.
