I specialize in OCD, anxiety (generalized, social anxiety, specific phobias), and trauma. For OCD, I can help you resist doing compulsions and find ways to make the obsessive thoughts less distressing. For anxiety and trauma, I can help you do the things you are afraid of and make them less scary, whether it's through EMDR or other helpful methods.
