In my training and experience, I have grown to care deeply for clients with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), skin picking, hair pulling, and anxiety disorders, as well as for clients from the LGBTQ+ community. This is why I prioritized training to be best equipped to support these communities. In my style of therapy, I make sure to improve clients' symptoms and their whole quality of life. I do this by ensuring clients’ specific targets are being met. My main hope is to help broaden my clients’ lives so they can stop being limited by their symptoms.

The ways in which I help clients achieve their goals are by using evidence-informed treatments such as exposure and response prevention therapy and inference-based CBT, with skills from dialectic behavioral therapy (DBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). All these will hopefully allow clients to live the lives they deserve.
