Life with OCD (obsessive-compulsive disorder), BDD (body dysmorphic disorder), anxiety, or the effects of lingering trauma can make joy feel out of reach. Through specialized therapeutic modalities like EMDR, ACT, I-CBT, and ERP, I've helped many find peace and fulfillment, and get their lives and selves back.
I love helping clients achieve ‘eureka moments’ where things really click, and feel true change in their lives. I’m passionate about helping people better understand themselves, relate differently to their thoughts and feelings so they can do the things they truly care about.
