We take a client-centered & holistic approach, while incorporating evidenced-based techniques of Cognitive Therapy, Ecosystemic Structural Therapy, Positive Psychology, as well as analysis. I have found that by utilizing a holistic approach or person-in-environment approach, we can understand ourselves more in-depth & fully.
Through supportive, analytical, and contemplative therapy, we can develop new insights into situations, our internal thought process, and our feelings to restore inner peace.
