I utilize a Psychodynamic approach, with knowledge of using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and multicultural therapy models to best serve you on your journey.

I believe in providing you with the knowledge to not only understand your diagnosis, but give you the skills and support needed to cope and live a prosperous life in spite of it.
