I'm Kara and I work with neurodiverse clients who are open to new ways of navigating life transitions, burnout, stress, and divorce. My approach to therapy is highly adaptable for my clients’ needs, centering emotion and trauma-informed care. I often utilize the creative arts in therapy as a resource, which allows for a unique opportunity for connection.
