Thank you for inviting me to your life's journey. My name is Se’ara Davis and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I have experience in working with children, youth, families, and adults in multiple domains. I work to help others identify effective tools, coping strategies, and healthy life skills to help them navigate challenges that may occur throughout life. I also help others identify and utilize positive social networks to help maintain healthy life skills. My goal is to help build, foster, and sustain overall healthy mental, emotional, and behavioral wellbeing for children, youth, and adults.
I work to address concerns of anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, self-regulation skills and other areas that affect social and emotional growth. I utilize Motivational Interviewing, CBT, Solution Focused, and Trauma Focused Interventions. I also utilize Restorative Practice interventions to help resolve conflict and build solid healthy relationships.
My goal is to establish a genuine, empathetic, and collaborative therapeutic relationship with you. My approach is person centered. My approach focuses on collaboration. We will work together to help you establish and sustain healthy thinking, emotions, and behaviors. I am here to help guide you throughout your journey to get to your destination.
