I am passionate about working with adolescents and adults struggling with self-identity, sexual and gender identity, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I provide a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment in which clients can process these struggles and find healing through a way that fits them best. Healing looks different for everyone depending on what their goals and aspirations are in life. My goal is to help each client create a life they love and is worth living.

I have worked with individuals and couples who are seeking support and guidance to overcome challenges in their day to day life. They may be experiencing a range of symptoms such as constant worry, low mood, lack of motivation, difficulty communicating, or challenges concentrating. Recognizing the importance of their mental health, client is motivated and committed to actively engaging in therapy to improve their overall well-being. I focus on adolescents, adults and couples work. I have specialized training in trauma focused care which incorporates EMDR and TF-CBT treatments. I also provide gender affirming care, working closely with the LGBTQ+ population, attachment based work, and have specialized training in treating depression and suicidal ideation/self-harm. I have a special passion for working with intersectional identities and medical trauma. I am here to guide the client while also honoring their stories and experiences to help them manage life stressors, relationships and traumatic experiences.
