Stephanie Jutras, LCSW received her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Religion from Trinity University and her Master of Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington. She is licensed by the State of Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Stephanie believes that each client is the expert on their own life and that her role as a therapist is to build a positive, non-judgmental therapeutic relationship with them in order to provide a space where they can safely explore whatever they are struggling with and find the solutions that work best for them.

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of Texas. I graduated with a Masters in Social Work with a clinical concentration from the University of Houston. I have experience working with clients with OCD, generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, depression, and phobias in residential and outpatient settings. My training is in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to assist clients in improving their quality of life. Through utilizing ERP, I have seen the impact that changing our relationship with anxiety, our thoughts, and feelings has on achieving what once felt out of reach.
