I will help you find insight and develop emotional management skills when anxiety, depression, or other experiences get in the way of your ability to actualize your fullest self.

I work with teens, adults, families, and couples of all backgrounds, cultures, beliefs, abilities, identities, and orientations utilizing a variety of research-based approaches. I have experience with family and relationship communication, trauma-informed care, and solution-focused treatments.
I earned my BA in Psychology and Religious Studies from UC Davis and my MA in Counseling Psychology from the Wright Institute in Berkeley. I spent years mentoring college students, coaching youth, and volunteering in my community. I look forward to helping you find clarity, ease your emotional pain, and experience joy, meaning and connection in your life.
