Hey! I’m Scott. I genuinely love helping others reach their goals. Therapy can feel intimidating, because asking for help is a vulnerable spot to be in and you want to be able to trust whoever you work with. My goal for us is to figure out what matters to you and what you want out of therapy – and move toward that. When you become more fully the person you were created to be – it changes everything.

In our first session together, we’ll focus on identifying what your goals are and how we can work together to get you there. Taking the first step towards help and healing can be overwhelming, and it is my priority to help create a warm, welcoming environment where you feel seen and safe to explore, grow, and heal.

I have 10+ years of experience working in higher education and am a former athlete/coach passionate about helping others discover and reach their goals; personal, professional, etc. I believe you are the expert on you, I am simply here to help you navigate the complexities of life, trauma, and experiences that might’ve gotten you stuck in survival mode.
