My work focuses on addressing cycles of inner and relational conflict by bringing difficult, challenging material into focus in a way that enables you to stay grounded and focused. For many of us, childhood experiences wherein we were never fully seen or were actively abused, may have left us confused, hurt, and alone. Those early experiences can often lead to repeating destructive patterns of behavior that originated when we were young.
I provide an experiential, somatic, and relational treatment process aiming to uncover and resolve underlying emotions, identify and alter unrecognized relationship patterns, and develop new perspectives and increased agency in our daily lives. We work to recover and strengthen your intuition, self-confidence, and sense of ability to act and foster change.
If you seek improved insight, long-term resolution of symptoms and fundamentally addressing experiences of loneliness and conflict, this psychodynamic approach may be ideal for you. I am accepting new patients for in-person work. I work a minimum of once weekly.
