As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I work with older children, teens, and adults navigating feelings of anxiety, depression, grief or loss, relationship tension, and major life changes.

Using humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and mindfulness-based approaches, I help clients gain clarity, build confidence, and take practical steps toward meaningful, lasting change.
