My specialties include, trauma, anxiety, depression, anger management, grief & loss, relationship issues, parenting, and conflict. I work with pre-teens, teenagers, adults, couples, and groups. You, and your needs, are the of the utmost importance, in our work together. I have extensive training in Brainspotting, Anger Management, and Trauma care.
I am very open and creative in my approach to working with clients, I don't have all the answers, but together we can explore the possibilities. I promise to add a dose of humor, because laughter is truly good medicine.
