About
We all want to feel joyfull and fullfilled in our lives and relationships. The 30+ years I have been in practice include running treatment centers for healing child abuse, teaching / college level, national seminars, and training other therapists. I am licensed as both a clinical social worker and an addictions therapist. My experience and training has also allowed me to integrate clinical knowledge and cultural ways of life from elders. I help people achieve change through insight and solutions based in consciousness of internal and external conflicts.
Personal inquiry is powerful. I utilize humanism focused on depth insight into beliefs, feelings and learned behaviors increasing internal, strength and healing relationships. As we increase our strategy options from a consciousness of our internal dialog and body information we establish healthier connections and create a higher quality of life.
When we step into a practice of insight training, as our mind shifts our world shifts. Deep consciousness comes through the realization that we can be increasingly present for ourselves and others. I also provide training to schools, groups in the community and supervision for professionals. I utilize the premise of daily consciousness practices.
