It takes courage to seek help from someone you likely have not met before. I hope to give you the courage to face your issues by providing a safe and trusting space for your feelings so that together we take a deeper look into some of the painful messages, patterns, and unresolved issues as we move through the process of healing.
My primary focus and passion is working with individuals to dig deep into self discovery, personal growth, and empowerment; to help couples create healthier communication and relational habits while rediscovering the joy of togetherness; and to help older adults work through contemplations of the past, while finding peace and joy in the present.
Our work together will include using evidence-based methods, such as psychodynamic therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and family systems therapy to explore your sense of purpose, identify your values, and find your joy, then align these values with your life, while celebrating all the wins along the way.
