I have worked and led in the helping profession for 30 years, supporting people in both urban and suburban environments through challenges such as abuse, grief, trauma, marriage issues, conflict, addiction, and more.

I approach counseling with a supportive, non-judgmental stance, aiming for each client to feel that I am both with them and for them.
