About
I am interested in working with any client that feels motivated to make changes in their life or gain support through counseling. My approach to counseling is to empower clients to focus on individual strengths, values, and on becoming an expert of one’s own life.
I use an eclectic approach to therapy to meet a person's individual needs. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, EMDR, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Beginning the therapeutic process can be overwhelming, but exciting. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help make that journey more comfortable.
