Certified as a Prepare-Enrich and Level III Gottman Therapist, Scott works with couples, married or not, to build a healthy foundation & improve overall family relationships for the couple and with kids. With the "Prepare and Enrich" system, he uses a comprehensive assessment to evaluate a couple's strengths and weaknesses while the Gottman philosophy helps improve communication, appreciation, and empathy. Scott earned a BS in Psychology and a Master's in Professional Counseling from Liberty University and has worked in a clinical environment and private practice for over 10 yrs.
Utilizing a Client-Centered approach, Scott maintains an optimistic perspective and believes behaviors are implemented to cope with life's challenges. Providing an environment of acceptance and respect, he promotes personal growth and lasting life changes. Scott provides techniques for managing stress, anxiety, depression, anger, abuse, and addiction.

Kids Summer Social Skills Group
Our counselor, Taylor Dye, is running a summer group on Social Skills and Emotional Regulation for kids 8-10 years old. It is an 8-week small group starting in June and meeting Mondays 5:30-6:30 pm.
