My approach is laid back and focuses on techniques of Solution-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing that creates a safe place for the individual, married couple and or family in order to build rapport, solidify trust and work alongside the therapist in order to set and reach obtainable goals.
I believe in building a strong rapport with anyone who reaches out for help. The strongest predictor for counselor-client success is a trusting relationship; with that being said, I strive to build that trust so the client feels safe enough to discuss and share anything on their mind.
