I am currently accepting new clients. Contact me for a free 20 minute consultation. My focus is on working with adult men on issues of depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. I can help you develop the insight and tools you need to change problematic patterns and live life more skillfully. The support of having a safe place to look deeply, explore, and experiment can be life changing - change that arises naturally when you experience spaciousness, awareness and acceptance in your life.
I also help people to heal from trauma using EMDR. When trauma and emotional overwhelm happen the nervous system can get "stuck" in the traumatic event. EMDR may effectively address trauma and emotional overwhelm by supporting and strengthening your nervous system's innate ability to process difficult experiences.
I know it can be challenging to take that next step. If you find you're up for that challenge, visit my website for more information. I look forward to meeting you.
