Scott Nighbor, MA, LMHC, MHP, CMHS, Counselor in Seattle
We all struggle from time to time with what life sends our way - difficult transitions, anxiety, sadness, numbness, depression, crisis, trauma, relationship problems and other problems that affect our well being. I work with adults and teens to help them create lives and relationships that are more joyous and fulfilling. The support of having a safe place to look deeply, explore, and experiment can be life changing - change that arises naturally when we experience spaciousness, awareness and acceptance in our lives.
Though I work with a wide variety of people my specialties are working with trauma and working with men. I help those struggling with trauma to calm their overwhelmed nervous system and I help men to solve the problems they encounter as they move through life.
My office is in downtown Fremont and I see clients as early as 10am. You can find out more by visiting my website or giving me a call at 206-557-3928.
