I believe my greatest strength is to create a comfortable and therapeutic relationship that will greatly assist you to express your concerns as well as establish your personal goals to experience growth and achieve your goals. Although my preferred counseling interventions may vary upon your personal needs, I utilize a great deal of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in my counseling approach.
I have worked in the counseling field since 2003 and my counseling experiences have included a wide range of concerns, such as, Anxiety, Depression, Grief, PTSD, Self Esteem Concerns, ADHD / ADD, Couples/ Family /Marriage Counseling. My counseling experiences have included all age ranges, children, adolescents and adults.
My office hours will accommodate adults work schedules as well as children, adolescents in school by providing evening hours.
