I have experience and training in working with addictions, depression, anxiety, men's issues, trauma, and helping individuals build relationship skills and enhancing their self-esteem. Whenever possible, I like to help you early-on to assist you in establishing your vision for the future, then we will work together in making that a reality.
I specialize in helping clients with substance abuse issues and in helping men & women realize their immense worth and potential to experience stability & peace in their lives and become the best version of themselves they can be. Utilizing a variety of evidence based approaches, I will help you build the skills you need to make positive change in your life.
